eco pottery: raw clay & wildflower seeds
Service Description
OCTOBER HALF TERM: theme = Activity: Have fun making your creation from raw clay and fill it with wildflower seeds. Take home and allow to a dry (several weeks) Place/ break them in gardens and wild spaces - leaving them to germinate Enjoy the wildflowers and their pollinators Help your local bees and butterflies by encouraging more wildflowers Spring & Autumn are the best times to plant wildflower seeds or to explode your creations Duration: 50 mins Suitable - for school aged children and above (5-95 yrs)... Children/ Tweens/ Teens and Adults - the younger ones may require adult support - all under 12's need to be accompanied Location: 9th St Albans Scout Hut; Cnr Lemsford Rd & Sandpit Ln; AL1 3PT - access from Sandpit Lane Clay we use is natural - not air dry clay (which contains plastics) Wildflower seeds (approved by Royal Horticultural Society)

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Apologies I'm unable to refund/reschedule on the day. Primary school children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are welcome to join in the fun. A minimum number of participants is required for the class to run. I might have to cancel if I don't get enough potters. Thank you
